I ordered my product October 16, 2020. It is now October 23, 2020. And I still have not received my product. I paid for three day shipping. I cannot get a hold of anybody in customer service and I have not received a reply to my email.

Kind Juice is closed on the weekends. We reply to all emails. Orders take up to 48 hours to process before shipping, regardless of shipping speed selected. 3 day USPS shipping is an estimate and not guaranteed. Fed-Ex and UPS only deliver on weekdays. USPS Priority Mail is the fastest method and also delivers on Saturdays to most locations; it is free for orders over $99.
