Q&ACategory: QuestionsOrder says it failed

I received an e mail that order was sent on the 4th, I paid for ups ground to receive it quicker. I still have not received it and on here it says  my order failed. Do I need to place a new order?

Kind greetings! Unfortunately a “failed” status usually means your transaction was declined by your bank and you were not charged. Please try your order again. You will receive an email and it will show completed on the website once it processes correctly.
